Mrs. Alicia Carff

Executive Director

Business Operations, Enrollment

As the executive director for Chesterton Academy of The Florida Martyrs, Alicia Carff oversees the school’s business operations, including personnel, enrollment, health and safety compliance, and much more. In addition to her administrative leadership, she actively volunteers on the school’s recruiting, fundraising, and gala planning committees and serves on its board of directors.
Mrs. Carff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Research. She is passionate about finding creative solutions, improving efficiency, and building systems that support mission-driven work. Her professional life is deeply rooted in a desire to share the beauty of the Catholic faith, especially with children and youth, whom she believes are uniquely gifted to evangelize within their families. Mrs. Carff completed the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee’s Lay Formation Institute in April of 2025.
Before joining Chesterton Academy of The Florida Martyrs, Mrs. Carff spent five years in leadership roles for the Faith Formation ministry at her home parish, St. Paul Catholic Church. As Director of Faith Formation for three years, she led programs such as baptism preparation, elementary religious education, sacramental preparation, and summer catechesis. She also established the parish’s Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program and continued to serve as its coordinator for two years, witnessing firsthand the deep spiritual receptivity of young children. Her broader ministry experience includes service in high school youth ministry, music ministry, and Women’s ACTS Ministry.
Mrs. Carff and her husband, John, have been married for 16 years and are blessed with four children. As a family, they enjoy expressing their creativity through visual art, woodcraft, music, and technology. They also share a love for God’s beautiful creation and may be found camping, fishing, hiking, or exploring both historical and natural landmarks.

Emergency Reporting: If you witness an immediate threat to a student’s health or safety, call 9-1-1.
